Poppy Deyes launches mysterious website, confuses Twitter

Update: Poppy has now released her website, offering visitors a host of cooking recipes, lifestyle articles, makeup tutorials and stories from her travels around the world. Click here for the details.

Poppy Deyes, the sister of British vlogging King Alfie Deyes (PointlessBlog) has launched her own website, yet the reason behind the move remains unclear.

Simply called PoppyDeyes.com, Poppy’s new website currently consists of a mysterious countdown timer that sits in the centre of the screen.

At the time of writing, Poppy has over 60,000 followers over on Twitter and has previously starred in some of the uploads on the PointlessBlog YouTube channel. Alfie’s sister has featured in countless vlogs in the past, which leads us to cautiously predict that Poppy may be hoping to get into the YouTube scene herself fairly soon.

Most recently, Poppy starred in the PAINFUL OPERATION CHALLENGE video, which you can take a look at below.

What’s Poppy got up her sleeve, we wonder?

Teasing the announcement earlier today, Alfie tweeted: “I’m so excited for 5pm tonight. Not just for my daily vlog, but also for something else.. @PoppyDeyes”.

Poppy got in on the action too, writing: “MORNING. Things are happening today, so many things”.

As expected, Poppy Deyes fans on Twitter are interested to learn more about the newly-unveiled website. Twitter user SparkleZoella said: “OMG WHAT IS THIS WHAT WHAT”, whilst Xiallhorax added: “YOU MADE US WAIT NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT THREE MORE DAYS WTH”.

Here at Tube Chum, we’re super interested to see how Poppy’s website transforms when the timer hits zero. Could Poppy be launching her own YouTube channel? A book? Beauty products? An online shop? Something else?
