SoFloAntonio’s YouTube channel, SoFloComedy, has been taken down due to ‘multiple or severe violations’ against YouTube’s terms of service.
Heading over to the YouTuber’s old channel, visitors are now greeted with this message: “This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube’s policy against spam, gaming, misleading content or other Terms of Service violations.”
Although the series of tweets has now been removed from his profile, SoFlo said yesterday: “All videos on my channels are licensed and taking my channels down doesn’t affect me at all. More than 90% of videos were claimed by MCNs.”
Later, he added: “For all the people saying I steal content.. all of it is 100% licensed. If we don’t tag them it’s because we made a different deal.”
Late last year, Tube Chum reported on news that SoFloAntonio had asked Lewis Spears, h3h3Productions and Marcus Dibble to remove content featuring himself, warning of serious consequences if they failed to do so.

Speaking in a Skype call to Lewis Spears (which Lewis recorded in full), SoFloAntonio said: “The people I’m working with don’t want the video up. They don’t want any of the videos up. They don’t want any affiliation”.
YouTuber Lewis Spears retaliated to the move by uploading a video discussing the situation, saying: “SoFlo has built his career off of stealing content from other people. He has multiple YouTube accounts and Facebook pages with literally millions of fans, all built on content he did not create”.
For now, SoFloAntonio’s controversial YouTube channel remains offline. We’ll be keeping an eye on SoFloComedy to see if there’s any changes in the near future.
