This Book Loves You by PewDiePie – Silly, but different

PewDiePie will soon be releasing his very own book, This Book Loves You.

Here at Tube Chum, we’re excited to get our hands on the Swedish YouTuber’s latest work. Based purely on the semi-insane announcement video alone, This Book Loves You will be a window into the wacky mind of one of YouTube’s best entertainers.

“My favourite quote? It’s like being asked what my favourite child is. I don’t have a child”.

Written by the online sensation who now boasts over 35 million subscribers and 9.5 billion video views, This Book Loves You looks to be a breath of fresh air compared to ‘serious’ books from the likes of Zoe Sugg, Connor Franta and Joey Graceffa.

If the 256-page book itself is anything like PewDiePie’s announcement video, we’re expecting a page-turner full to the brim with silly anecdotes and jokes that’ll have fans gut-laughing. Speaking about the October release dressed as a women called Professor Foofie La Flapp, Felix told viewers: “My favourite quote? It’s like being asked what my favourite child is. I don’t have a child”.

According to PewDiePie’s Amazon page, This Book Loves You is a collection of ‘beautifully illustrated inspirational sayings by which you should live your life’. PewDiePie jokes: “Change your life today, for the worse!”

Naturally, PewDie’s ‘Bro Army’ is overcome with excitement following the announcement. YouTube user Katie Weaver admitted: “This is literally the only book from a YouTuber that I’ll get”, whilst another fan, MissWeirdoLady, added: “I would get naked and rub jelly over my belly to get this book”.

It’s been a busy year for PewDiePie, who was recently in the spotlight following news reports on the money he makes through his YouTube channel. According to news arriving from Swedish news website Expressen, PewDiePie’s company generated well over $5m in 2014. The Swedish entertainer has raised over $1 million for charity since uploading his first YouTube video back in 2010.

This Book Loves You by PewDiePie will be available from 20th October and can be pre-ordered from Amazon UK for £8.99.

We’re excited to pick up what could well be the most unusual, confusing and unique book written by a YouTuber yet.
